We ship worldwide. International shipping, contact us for more details.

What type of payments do you accept, and how secure is my information?

 

We accept *PAYPAL, visa and MC at this time, through our Secure SSL check out. Your information is always safe with us, no personal information is kept on file. Your information is encrypted through our personal SSL check-out system and secured. PayPal is also the safer and easier way to pay.


Who do we ship with?

 

We ship by RoyalMail, UPS, DPD and FEDEX.


Can I order by Phone, Email, Mail or Fax?

The best way to make an order is to place it directly online. If you are having difficulty, please do not hesitate to call our office during business hours for assistance. Feel free to email us or call us if you are having difficulty placing your order. We offer custom made so if you need clarification you can email or call us and we will be happy to help you.


The tracking number states that my order was delivered, but I haven't received it yet. What do I do?

 

Please contact the shipping carrier immediately. Please be prepared to provide them with your tracking number. After speaking with the shipping carrier, please give us a call to document the situation and to assist you in recovering the lost package.


How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Immediately your order is ready it will be shipped to you. EstimatedUK delivery 5 to 10 working days and  international delivery time 20 to 35 days. Depends on order quantity, for wholesales contact for further information.

 

Note: When the billing address does not match the shipping address, YettyPrizes.co.uk has the right to hold your package until verification has been made. Please read the section for further information. Any orders over £100.00 will have insurance.


How can I track the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address. The email will contain the shipping service used to send your package as well as the tracking number. You can visit the website of the shipping service used and enter the tracking number to check on the status of the delivery your package.


What should I do if my item is damaged?

Before shipping, we check each item carefully before packing to prevent damage. If for any reason you receive a damaged, dirty, or defective item, please let us know immediately and we will replace the same product if it's not one of a kind. Please return the DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE ITEM BACK TO US. Once we receive the item we will give you a credit for the shipping fees. 

Do you offer costume made garments

Yes, just provide us with your measurements and your choice of fabric and we will work with you to create your garment. Custom Orders take four weeks.  All custom made items will have to be paid in full before ordering.
